Accepted payment methods may include:

• Other approved payment methods
Refunds are only granted in specific cases including:
• Duplicate charges
• Permanent technical issues caused directly by NORTH SCALE GROUP LLC
• Cancellation of a webinar or course by the company
Once a customer:
• Receives webinar access,
• Accepts access credentials,
• Downloads materials,
• Accesses the members area,
• Or attends the webinar,
the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Refund requests based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with educational results, lack of usage, or change of mind are not accepted.
Approved refunds, where applicable, may take between 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
